The Village of Loganville will be joining the Reedsburg Municipal Court in February 2022!

Joining the Court will permit Village Officials to issue local citations for ordinance violations such as junk storage and abandoned vehicles. Those citations will be heard by the Municipal Judge at Reedsburg City Hall. This will allow options for officials to keep these appearances local without having to go to Circuit Court in Baraboo. This will also allow unpaid citations to be collected through tax intercept. Extreme cases of non-payment may also result in suspension of driver’s licenses. The Village hopes that residents voluntarily comply with local ordinances but at times enforcement is necessary.
